History
1996
The history of the company that we all worked at started in 1996 when two partners Dipl.-Ing. Richard Vandera and Dipl.-Ing. Wolf-Peter-Schmidt established the company Vandera a Schmidt s.r.o.
2005
After Mr. Schmidt’s serious illness, Mr. Vandera took over his share in the company and became the sole owner of the company.
2020
We were employed in the company Vandera a Schmidt s.r.o. till the year 2020 when Mr. Vandera suddenly passed away.
Since Mr. Vandera did not have a successor, some of the original employees decided to continue in his legacy, to complete the work in progress and use our long-term experience in designing reinforcement plans and also to continue working on new projects.
In honour of Mr. Vandera, we established an assosiation of designers and called it Vandera Engineers.
